4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are plus VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

5. Ordering and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance.

A legally binding contract is formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or pricing errors.
6. Delivery

We deliver across the UK. Delivery charges will be clearly stated when making a purchase.

All deliveries are ‘kerbside only’ and will require adequate labour for unloading.

The company can refuse delivery to the site if it deemed dangerous to the driver.

The company has no responsibility or liability for the unloading of goods onsite and the storage and security of such goods.

All deliveries must be signed for by an authorised person as proof of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if no authorised signature is obtained.

Risks in the goods shall pass to the Customer when the Customer or its agent takes delivery of the goods.

All cases of Force Majeur such as war, riots, strikes, lockouts, lockdowns, bankruptcy, fire, water damage, delay in transport, lack of means of transport, break down in factories or those of our suppliers or any unforeseeable events give us the right to postpone the fulfilment of the contract as well as to cancel the it partially or wholly, therefore, conferring on the buyer the right to claim any damages against the company or manufacturers.

If a delivery is refused or nobody accepts the order an additional charge will be made for re-delivery.

If the customer wishes to return the goods, a pickup fee will be charged.

Multiple deliveries should be treated separately, and each delivery is a separate contract.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond our control.

Please inspect all goods upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.
7. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
If you wish to return stocked items, we charge a 30% restocking fee, plus a collection fee. Goods must be in saleable condition.
To cancel:

You must notify us in writing via email or post.

Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and at your cost.

A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods if they are deemed to be in a saleable condition.

Custom-made or cut-to-size flooring is non-returnable unless faulty.
8. Returns and Refunds
In addition to your cancellation rights:
If you wish to return stocked items, we charge a 30% restocking fee, plus a collection fee. Goods must be in saleable condition.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You must notify us of any faults within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

We may request photographic evidence for damage claims.
9. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to our products and vary by product type.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, neglect, moisture, or general wear and tear.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product or service in question.
